Lisa Kennedy
My love for the outdoors started very young in Manitoba. I grew up
camping and travelling all over Canada -spending many summer days on the
rivers and lakes of the Canadian Shield, and winters on cross-country
ski trails through the bush. One of the biggest highlights growing up
was our annual trip to the mountains for some downhill skiing.
Although a prairie girl in every way, I got the call to the mountains
during high school and as soon as I could, I made the move west. I
landed at Sunshine Village as a ski instructor, and later moved to
Silver Star Mountain Resort in Vernon, BC.
Life has taken me on many journey's since, and I am now proud to call
Medicine Hat, Alberta home. I am a Wellness and Fitness coach, with a
passion for helping people see and reach their potential. When I am not
coaching, my daughter's and I head out adventuring in our local area and
in the mountains. Our favourite places to go are The Cypress Hills,
Kananaskis, Fernie, Banff and Revelstoke. We love to ski, hike, kayak
and bike.
My personal mission is to live a life with purpose by seeing what I can,
learning what I can and leaving the world a better place.
