Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some Yetirobe™ products may occasionally be available for pre-order before they are ready to ship. This policy explains how pre-orders, cancellations and refunds are handled.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment.
Payment is collected in full at the time your order is placed.
The estimated shipping date or shipping period will be clearly displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. Please note that pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change.
If there is a significant change to the expected shipping date, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order has been fulfilled or shipped.
To cancel, contact us at info@mountainlifeapparel.com with your order number.
Once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still request a return after receiving your order in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
