Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right Yetirobe™ size?
Yetirobe™ is intentionally designed to be oversized, and sizing is based primarily on height rather than width.
Please check our Size Guide before ordering. If you're between sizes and plan to wear your Yetirobe primarily as an everyday jacket, we generally recommend choosing the smaller size.

Are Yetirobe™ jackets unisex?
Yes. Yetirobe™ is designed with a comfortable, oversized unisex fit.
Why is Yetirobe™ oversized?
The oversized design gives you plenty of room to layer underneath while providing extra warmth, comfort and freedom of movement.
It also gives you enough room to change underneath when needed after swimming, surfing, sports or other outdoor activities.
Can I use my Yetirobe™ as a changing robe?
Absolutely. Yetirobe™ is an everyday jacket first, but its oversized design also makes it practical for changing underneath after swimming, surfing, sports or other activities.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer FREE standard shipping on all Yetirobe™ orders to Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
Where do you ship from?
We fulfill Yetirobe™ orders from warehouses in Canada and the Netherlands.
Orders within Europe are generally fulfilled from our Netherlands warehouse, while orders to Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand are generally fulfilled from Canada.
If an item is unavailable at our Netherlands warehouse but available in Canada, a European order may be fulfilled from Canada instead.
Will I have to pay duties or additional fees?
For Yetirobe™ orders to Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, there are no surprise duties or additional import charges upon delivery.
If a European order needs to be fulfilled from Canada because of stock availability, we'll take care of the additional costs. You won't be charged extra.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times are:
Canada & USA: 4–7 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 6–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider and can be affected by weather, holidays, customs or other circumstances outside our control.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Yetirobe™ ships internationally. Shipping availability and costs for destinations outside our free-shipping regions will be shown at checkout.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
What does pre-order mean?
A pre-order allows you to reserve a Yetirobe™ from an upcoming production run before it is available for immediate shipment.
The estimated shipping timeframe will be shown on the product page when you order. Shipping dates are estimates and may change depending on production.
What does backorder mean?
If a Yetirobe™ is sold out but more are on the way, we may allow you to place a backorder and reserve one from our next production run.
The expected shipping timeframe will be displayed before you order.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund before the order has been fulfilled or shipped. Contact info@mountainlifeapparel.com with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Yes. We offer returns within 30 days of delivery and free size exchanges on Yetirobe™ orders.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging.
How do I exchange my Yetirobe™?
Email info@mountainlifeapparel.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll provide instructions and help arrange your exchange.
Are size exchanges free?
Yes. We offer free size exchanges on eligible Yetirobe™ orders within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Yetirobe™ is an oversized, weather-ready jacket made for everyday life.
Its weather-resistant outer shell helps protect you from wind and rain, while the incredibly soft sherpa fleece lining keeps you seriously warm and cozy.

Is Yetirobe™ good for camping?
Yes—camping is one of our favourite ways to use it.
From chilly mornings at the campsite to late nights around the fire, Yetirobe™ gives you serious warmth and comfort without having to constantly layer up and down.
Can I wear Yetirobe™ for everyday use?
Absolutely. That's exactly what it's designed for.
Yetirobe™ is an everyday jacket you can throw on for dog walks, sporting events, errands, travelling, camping, the rink or simply heading outside on a cold or rainy day.
Can I use it after swimming, surfing or sports?
Yes. The oversized fit provides plenty of room to change underneath when needed, while the sherpa fleece lining makes it great for warming up after swimming, surfing, training or other outdoor activities.
Is Yetirobe™ waterproof?
The outer shell is designed to protect you from wet and windy weather.
Does Yetirobe™ make a good gift?
Definitely. If you're unsure about someone's size or colour preference, we also offer Yetirobe™ gift cards so they can choose their own.
About Yetirobe™
Who is behind Yetirobe™?
Yetirobe™ is a family-run Canadian brand created by brothers Brock and Bo Montgomery.
The story began with Mountain Life Apparel in 2017 and eventually grew around the product we couldn't stop improving: Yetirobe™.
Today, our family still handles much of the work behind the scenes, from customer service to packing and shipping orders.
Is Yetirobe™ Canadian-owned?
Yes. Yetirobe™ is proudly Canadian-owned and operated by Mountain Life Apparel.
Where is Yetirobe™ based?
Our roots are in Canada, with fulfillment operations in both Canada and the Netherlands to better serve customers in North America and Europe.
What about your materials and manufacturing?
We carefully select our materials and manufacturing partners with a focus on quality, durability and responsible production.
Yetirobe™ also incorporates features such as recycled sherpa fleece and a PFC-free outer shell.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout, including available options such as Apple Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay.
Can I place a wholesale order?

Do you offer discount codes?
We rarely offer discounts. Our focus is on creating a high-quality product and offering it at a fair price.
