We offer FREE standard shipping on all Yetirobe™ orders to Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

No hidden fees. No surprise charges on delivery.

Orders to Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand are generally fulfilled from our Canadian warehouse.

Orders within Europe are generally fulfilled from our warehouse in the Netherlands. If a size or colour is unavailable at our Netherlands warehouse but available in Canada, your order may be fulfilled from Canada instead. You will still receive free shipping and will not be charged additional fees because of this.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada & USA: 4–7 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 6–10 business days
Other international destinations: 6–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider and may be affected by weather, holidays, customs, local disruptions or other circumstances outside of our control.

We will always do our best to get your Yetirobe™ packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding holidays. If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they may provide instructions for redelivery or collection from a local pick-up location.

Taxes & Duties

For Yetirobe™ orders shipped to Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, there are no surprise duties, import fees or additional charges upon delivery.

If a European order needs to be fulfilled from our Canadian warehouse due to stock availability, we'll take care of the additional costs. You won't be charged extra.

For destinations outside these regions, your local customs authority may apply import duties, taxes, tariffs or other fees. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
