Yetirobe™ is designed to be oversized. Please reference the SIZE GUIDE before ordering. Sizing is based on height to ensure a comfortable fit for daily wear, while still allowing it to function as a practical changing robe. If you’re unsure and plan to use it as a daily jacket, choose the smaller size.

Shipping

• Free standard shipping within Canada and the USA on all Yetirobe™ orders.
  
• All orders are shipped from Airdrie, AB, Canada.
  
• Delivery times:
  
  Canada & USA: 4–7 business days
  
  Rest of the world: 6–10 business days
  
  
  
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during office hours (excluding holidays).
  
• The courier will attempt delivery at the address provided. If delivery fails, you will be notified of a local pick-up location.
  

Taxes & Duties for International Orders

• Canadian orders: No duties apply.
  
• USA orders under $800 USD are generally exempt from import duties.
  
• For all other countries, your customs office may apply import fees, tariffs, declaration fees, or taxes.

Exchanges

• We are happy to exchange sizes at no cost.
  
• Exchanges must be requested within 28 days of shipment.
  
• To request an exchange, contact us with your order details and the size you need.
  
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If your original color/item is unavailable, we can offer a different size or color based on stock.
  

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 28 days from the delivery date.
  
• Return conditions:
  
  Items must not be worn, washed, or altered.
  
  All original labels, tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  
  
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
  
• Returns must be shipped within 28 days of delivery.
  
• Once the return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping and customs fees). Refunds usually appear within 7 business days in the same currency as the original purchase.
  

Note: Customers are responsible for the package and its contents until it reaches our warehouse. Mountain Life is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit from the customer’s courier.
