Sizing is based on height to ensure a comfortable fit for daily wear, while still allowing it to function as a practical changing robe. If you’re unsure and plan to use it as a daily jacket, choose the smaller size.

Where We Ship From

To get your Yetirobe to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, we fulfill orders from both Canada and the Netherlands.

Canada, USA, Australia & New Zealand
Orders are generally fulfilled from our Canadian warehouse.

Europe
European orders are generally fulfilled from our warehouse in the Netherlands, helping provide faster and more efficient delivery throughout Europe.

If a size or colour is sold out at our Netherlands warehouse but available in Canada, your order may be fulfilled from Canada instead.

Don't worry—you'll still receive free shipping and won't be charged any additional fees because of this.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders typically arrive within:

Canada & USA: 4–7 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 6–10 business days
Other international destinations: 6–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider and may be affected by weather, holidays, customs, local disruptions or other circumstances outside of our control.

We'll always do our best to get your Yetirobe packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday during normal business hours. If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they may provide instructions for redelivery or collection from a local pick-up point.

Taxes & Duties

For Yetirobe orders shipped to Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

No surprise duties, import fees or additional charges when your Yetirobe arrives.

If your European order needs to be fulfilled from our Canadian warehouse due to stock availability, we'll take care of the additional costs. You won't be charged extra.

For destinations outside these regions, local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes or other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem.

We're happy to exchange your Yetirobe for another size at no cost.

Exchange requests must be made within 28 days of delivery. Contact us with your order details and the size you need, and we'll help arrange the exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we'll work with you to find another option.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your Yetirobe must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Returned with all original labels, tags, packaging and accessories

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed.

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Please note: Customers are responsible for returned packages until they arrive at our warehouse. Yetirobe cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
